Products will be listed with one of the following stock status labels;
★ In Stock: Product has available stock in our warehouses.
★ Back-Order: Product is currently out of stock, but can be ordered and will be dispatched when inventory arrives at our warehouse. Product is in active production with new inventory being sent regularly.
★ Pre-Order: New product that is not currently in active production. Pre-order products will be released at a later date.
★ Out of Stock: Product is currently unavailable and cannot be ordered at this time.
Please note that an order with back-ordered or pre-ordered items will only be dispatched when all items are available. Consider splitting orders based on stock status if items are required ASAP.
VIRPIL UK accepts pre-orders and backorders.
A pre-order is for a new product which is not yet released. A backorder is for a product currently in active production, but out of stock.
Any item that is on back-order can be ordered at anytime and will be dispatched when the item(s) are received at our warehouses. Please note the following before creating an order;
★ All orders are charged at the checkout unless otherwise specified.
★ If the payment for your pre-order fails, our support team will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
★ Orders (pre-order and backorders included) can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
★ An order will only be dispatched when all the items within the order are available at our warehouses.
★ Orders are dispatched in chronological order, but the total lead time for individual orders will vary depending on which items have been ordered. The order processing queue is automatically managed and to remain fair to all VIRPIL customers, we cannot adjust the queue position of any orders.
★ Existing orders cannot be edited. To make changes to your order it would necessary to cancel your existing order and create a new one with the amended items. To prevent abusing the queue system, the lead time will now be re-calculated from the date of the new order based on the new ordered items and the queue position from the cancelled order will not be retained.
