The VPC CDT-VMAX Throttle has landed, introducing our new CADET Series of controllers! Focusing on the essential elements to control your aircraft of choice, in a small-form-factor design, the CDT-VMAX is perfect for new pilots, advanced pilots looking to save space, and VR pilots.
With a throttle axis mechanism built from metal, the CDT-VMAX Throttle retains the core principles of VIRPIL design focus on precision and quality. With quick-access points to individually adjust the throttle and auxilliary axis friction independently, you can tune the throttle feel to your preferences.
Further customisation is offered through the detent plates. The pre-installed detents can be moved to adjust the position of the idle and afterburner points, or can be swapped to the included CosmoSim detent plate which offers a single central detent.

The VPC MongoosT-50CM3 Throttle is built to the high standards that experienced, and professional flight sim enthusiasts have come to expect. With a weight of 2.5kg/5.5lbs, you immediately feel in control!
Featuring high precision machined duralumin - an aircraft grade alloy, mechanics manufactured in-house by VIRPIL Controls, you will experience perfect control over your throttle inputs, with no backlash or undesired movements. The tension of the throttle axis levers can also be adjusted by removing the bottom plate to access the adjustment nuts. Whether you prefer a light touch - or a heavy duty response, it's your choice!
Utilising a real, physical finger-lift detent system, the MongoosT-50CM3 Throttle can be configured to require lifting to pass through a detent to prevent accidental crossover into the idle cutoff or afterburner range. Alternatively, push-through detent plates can be installed which provide tactile feedback when crossing the detent, without requiring the use of the finger-lifts.
Included Detent Plates:
★ Classic - Lift to pass detents, push return.
★ Classic Plus - Lift to pass detents, push return but with an additional tactile bump immediately after lifting.
★ Warthog-Type - Lift to pass and lift to return detents.
★ Aerobatic - Push through and push return detents.
★ CosmoSim - Push through central detent.
The detent plates can be adjusted forwards and backwards to position them where you need them within the axis range. The plates can also be mixed and matched between sets to provide a huge number of configuration possibilities.
THROTTLE ANALOGUE STICK
Featuring a full sized analogue stick located on the index finger positon. This is perfect for using for SLEW controls, strafing in space-sims or as a cursor control.
5-WAY MODE DIAL
Configurable as either 5 independent button inputs, or as 5-way shift modifier, allowing you to configure up to 5 actions to every input. You won't run out of space for your keybinds with the MongoosT-50CM3 Throttle.
PROGRAMMABLE RGB LIGHTING
The B1-B6 momentary push buttons are more than meets the eye - with full programmable RGB backlighting that can be configured based on button states or aircraft status, we also include sticker sheets to help you label your buttons for easy recognition!
